Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you’re Sexualtherpayonline.com sessions are interrupted due to technical difficulties, the remainder of your session will be rescheduled at no extra cost to you at a time that will be convenient to you and the therapist.

Refund Policy:

There are no cash or credit refunds. Appointments properly cancelled can be rescheduled within 48 hours. Sexualtherapyonline.com will not charge a rescheduling fee so long as said cancellations do not exceed more than one time per month and not more than six times per year. Thereafter there will be a rescheduling fee of $10.00 A therapist will contact you to initiate therapy using the phone number you have provided. In the event you have changed your phone number, you must immediately notify both Sexualtherapyonline.com and your therapist if possible. In the event you are not available for your telephone session, and you are unable to receive an email response, no refund will be given.

However, there are a few situations under which restrictions exist to the law of confidentially. Many states require that the therapist be legally and ethically bound to report any incidents of child abuse, elder abuse, any immediate intention to commit suicide and/or any threats to harm yourself or others.

Although transmissions to this site are treated with the utmost confidentiality, sexual therapyonline.com cannot be liable for breaches of confidentially due to computer malfunction, hacking, viruses, computer theft and all issues affecting the confidentiality at your internet source. This may include but is not limited to problems with equipment and programming servers. We suggest clients use firewall and anti-virus protection to protect privacy.
